About the game

Animal Match is a memory game where you flip two face-down cards at a time and try to find two with the same animal. Only easy-to-recognize animal emoji such as a dog, cat, rabbit and bear appear, and the rules are simple enough for the whole family.

There are three difficulty levels. Easy has 6 pairs on a 4x3 board, Medium has 8 pairs on a 4x4 board, and Hard has 12 pairs on a 6x4 board. The card positions and the animals are shuffled every time a round starts, so no round repeats.

Each time you open two cards, your tries go up by one, and the clock starts the moment you flip the first card. If the two cards match they stay open; if not, they are shown briefly and turn back over. The better you remember where things are, the fewer tries you need.

When you find every pair, you see your tries and time. The best record for each level (fewer tries first, then shorter time) is saved only in this device's browser. Press Play again to start a freshly shuffled round.
